I am lucky enough to have worked under some very talented chefs while employed at Shell Island Resort Hotel in Wilmington, NC, The Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC and The Capital City Club in Raleigh, NC. I have 14 years of experience in various positions including pastry, banquets, line cook, fine dining, large scale institutional, sous chef, and chef/owner for my cooking classes. I have a bachelor's degree in visual art from Radford University in Virginia and am married with a child!
