Friday, November 14, 2008 Holiday Hors D’Oeuvres ~ Make ahead and freeze! (Puff Pastry and Phyllo Dough Based) SOLD OUT- Another section is offererd at the Raleigh location.
Cheese straws with herbs de Provence, smoked salmon and dill cheese puff, brie and raspberry jam en croute, mushroom and herb phyllo triangle and crispy crab and cream cheese phyllo cigar. These are great for making ahead and freezing. Take them out and bake as you need!
Register Early! Class size is limited to 10 people.
Classes are demonstration format and are held at Kitchen and Bath Galleries in the Cary showroom (108 East Chatham Street, Cary, NC)
Classes are from 7:00-9:30 p.m.; all recipes and food provided so come hungry!
