How does it work?
Gather up 8 or more of your friends (couples night is a good way!) and pick a cooking class menu from the menu to the right. I can do the class at your home or at the Kitchen and Bath Galleries showrooms in Raleigh or Cary. Class fee is $40 per person.
For hosting the party, you and a friend come for free. Chef Dave accepts cash or checks for payment and payment is due at the beginning of the party.
Custom menus are available if you like and will be priced based on market conditions; the costs for custom menus may be higher than the standard $40 per person charge.
