Cheese straws with herbs de Provence, smoked salmon and dill cheese puff, brie and raspberry jam en croute, mushroom and herb phyllo triangle and crispy crab and cream cheese phyllo cigar. These are great for making ahead and freezing. Take them out and bake as you need!
